Pig Pickin BBQ and Catering LLC is all about bringing the authentic flavors of the South to your special events. With a passion for delicious, homestyle cooking, we aim to make every gathering a memorable and flavorful experience. Our journey began with a love for traditional Southern BBQ and has since evolved into a full-fledged catering service dedicated to serving up the best of the South.

​Eddie Casey is an award winning cook in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Eddie has been cooking since he was 12 years old where he would help his Granny in the kitchen. His passion has grown tremendously since then. Through his years of cooking, he has had the oppourtunity to manage multiple restaurants around Wayne and Greene County. Eddie has turned his passion into a lifestyle when he created his catering company. His soulful country cooking has been a hit at many weddings, events, and more. 

Eddie started his plate sales September of 2023 where he will deliver an entire lunch or dinner to you at home, work, etc to take the stress of cooking off of you!
